My name is Paul Segreto. I am passionate about accelerating entrepreneurial success.

My mission is to help individuals, families, and partnerships explore entrepreneurship with clarity, confidence, and experienced guidance. I am committed to helping aspiring entrepreneurs understand their options, make informed decisions, and pursue business ownership in a way that aligns with their wishes, hopes, dreams, goals, and the lives they want to build for their future. 

With more than four decades of experience as an entrepreneur, senior executive, business advisor, and certified franchise and business broker, I have worked across franchising, restaurants, and small business at every level.  Since 2001, following a series of mergers and acquisitions, and rebranding initiatives, I have served as CEO & Founder of Acceler8Success America, advising startups, franchise brands, and entrepreneur-led organizations. 

In 2014, I expanded my reach to connecting the right people, brands, and opportunities, all to drive and support entrepreneurial success. My work has been centered on helping current entrepreneurs accelerate success. As an entrepreneurship coach, I've assistend aspiring entrepreneurs identify meaningful opportunities, gain clarity, and pursue entrepreneurship and business ownership with confidence.  

Recognized as a Top 100 Global Franchise and Small Business Influencer, I am invited to speak at industry conferences, workshops, and webinars. In 2009, I founded the Franchise Today podcast, one of the early voices in franchising, and continue to be featured across industry podcasts and publications. I am also an active blogger and the author of Tales of the Entrepreneurial Spirit, a collection of short stories created to inspire individuals and families from all walks of life, especially the next generation of entrepreneurs.
