With more than four decades of experience as a strategic advisor, consultant, coach, senior executive, and entrepreneur, I bring a comprehensive and practical understanding of franchising, restaurants, and small business development. My work is grounded in a culture-to-growth philosophy and centered on helping entrepreneurs, founders, and brands achieve meaningful, measurable, and lasting progress. I focus on connecting the right people, brands, and opportunities while providing the structure, clarity, and strategic direction required to grow, scale, or reposition a business.  

Since 2001, I have worked closely with startups, emerging brands, and established operators to define competitive advantages, refine positioning, and build strong foundations for sustainable growth.
